We create income-generating opportunities by empowering women to sell their own products, develop essential sales skills, and build confidence in their entrepreneurial journey.
Christmas Market
Every December, we bring our community together for a Christmas market at Mexico Giveaways, where SHINE women and local entrepreneurs showcase and sell their products, creating new business opportunities and supporting local talent.
Every embroidered hat or bag creates meaningful job opportunities for the women of the SHINE Program.
They receive fair compensation for every piece they embroider and can work from home, allowing them to earn an income while balancing their personal responsibilities. We provide all the necessary materials, tools, and training classes to help them learn this on-trend technique, develop new skills, and create opportunities for a brighter future.
